- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been with this practice for 20 years. They've seen me through 2 pregnancies, childhood ailments for all my 3 children, some requiring hospilisation, anxiety and depression, all sorts of ailments over the years. They are busy, always kind and supportive, receptionists are approachable and friendly. They are human! Sure I could tell you about long waiting times and the odd mix up in appointements over the years, but I know when I'm in that practice room the doctor or nurse seeing me cares and gives me their full attention. When the kids have been ill I have always managed to get an emergency appointment. I've never come across a better practice in terms of caring, expertise and efficiency. The doctors who I knew at first have all retired now but the 'new' doctors are great - men and women so a good choice if you have a preference for who you get to seeby Anne HollowayMay 01, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are OK. Reception staff are disorganized, rude and extremely unhelpful. I expect to discuss my issues in person with my doctor. Yet when I phone I receive a blunt dismissal of my issues and get fobbed off that I cannot book an appointment over the phone. Appointments, when you finally get them are always late. You can expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes passed tge time booked. But if you even think of showing up late or cut it close? That's punishable by being spoken to like muck and denied your appointment. The reception staff are always making comments about the patients when they leave too. They make no attempt to be quiet or confidential. I would not recommend this doctor's surgery.by Ian JohnsonApril 01, 2017
