- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wouldn't go to this dentist if it was the last one in Nottingham. My partner called and made an appointment for me. She explained what had happened and how much pain I was in. One of my teeth has disintegrated leaving just the Base of the tooth. The receptionist was very understanding and booked me in for a 30 minute appointment and a temporary filling. I thought wonderful, the pain will go. I have just been to my appointment, and have left after having no work carried out on me. When asked about my temporary filling the dentist replied it isn't something we will do today as we need more time...... I explained that I had booked an extended time slot for that exact reason, and was told by the dentist that it 'wasn't possible' that we booked the appointment we did. He then insinuated I was lieing as these appointments can't be booked. The dentist then explaned the rest of the work I needed, I don't mean to be rude, but understanding his English was very very difficult and I still don't have a clue what he was saying, even tho I asked numerous times. In the end I left, I requested to not be contacted by this dentist again, and to have my personal information (the new patient questionnaire) to be removed. I will be speaking to the branch manager in friday when she is back in, as I do not feel this is how people should be treated, especially when all I have done is call and make an appointmentby Steven MelvilleOctober 22, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My partner has been so scared of going to the dentist and finally plucked up the courage to go.. when we rang reception to book in him they suggested he see the lady dentist downstairs. He was so happy with his treatment, she has been patient, gentle and kind to us. All of the staff were very friendly and they got him in at short notice.
