Reviews about Lace Market Clinic
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Adam is fantastic. His treatment is bespoke depending on your needs. He ensures you get the full time as treatment also and is very good with after patient care if you do have questions. Great clinic!by Samantha MilnerMay 30, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Following a recommendation from a personal trainer at my local gym, I went to visit Adam about lower back pain which I had been experiencing for some time. The initial part of the assessment was dedicated to understanding not only the injury I was struggling with, but also my sporting history and any other injuries I had suffered in the past. The second part of my booking focussed around a physical assessment, where Adam looked at my movement patterns as he put me through a number of basic tasks (walking, twisting etc.). The benefit of this was that not only did he identify what was causing the back pains I was experiencing, but he was also able to identify several other functional issues I was demonstrating, which could cause me bother in the future. Adam then put me through a mini test, specific to what he had identified, before prescribing a pragmatic approach to rehab in order to regain optimal function. One of the best things for me was the fact that Adam didn't simply say what the problem was before prescribing a plan, he took the time to speak of anatomy and function (which for a sports science student such as myself was fascinating), whilst also going into great levels of depth to help me understand what was wrong, what could have caused it and what could be done to fix it. Overall, I would recommend Adam highly to anyone suffering from an injury, and he will definitely be my first port of call in the future!by Tom ReadFebruary 24, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A very refreshing experience. A true professional, highly knowledgeable and intent on getting clients 'up and running' as opposed to prolonging expensive treatments. Highly recommended...by Sean McMurtryJanuary 12, 2017
