- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Some of the reception staff are pretty rude. After having a phone consultation with one of the doctors I was told to come in and make an appointment (for my son) only to be told by the receptionist there are not available appointments and to have another phone consultation with a Dr. Waste of time, its a shame because some of the doctors are really good, however the reception staff/ appointment system is rubbishby charlotte maynardSeptember 27, 2017
